A certified arborist and people who don't just chop off branches to make them appear neat but, rather take the time to remove weight and trim them as they should be. You get calls from helpful and friendly staff to take care of your concerns and to advise you that the crew is on its way. This landscape company is AMAZING, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Juan came out to my place and gave me an estimate to remove 6 tall Palm Trees in my backyard; the estimate was very reasonable for the task at hand. Haven and his crew arrived on time, the very next day, and Haven walked me through step-by-step the process to remove the palm trees. They took extra precautions to protect the artificial turf to ensure no damage was done to it. Haven took the time to clean my pool, and even went over to my neighbor’s yards to clean up their mess from debris that fell into their yards. Awesome Company! We hired Juan and his crew to trim several of our trees, remove a couple of stumps, and take down a large dead cottonwood tree. Juan, the owner, was responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to walk us through issues with the trees and what was needed. His quote was better than our previous trimmer, and he seemed to know more about each tree and their individual needs. He reached out after a cancellation and was able to get his crew out earlier than expected. The crew was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Chris, the site supervisor, kept my wife informed of everything they were doing and was very customer service oriented. The AZ Tree and Landscape crew showed up on time. There was enough workers to get both jobs( front and back yards)done in a timely manner. The crew didn’t mess around. Got in and got out. The tree in the backyard hasn’t had a good trim in several years. The team member was in the middle of this thing for 2 hours. When all said and done, the tree looked way different than when they started, and that’s a good thing. It looks much happier. The palm in front was skinned and fronds were removed. The crew working this tree had their hands full as it was a little windy. A big mess, but they got the job done. Both crews had a system that worked very well. Juan and crew transformed our gravel backyard into a great outdoor living space with pavers and artificial turf. He returned our call immediately and scheduled an onsite appointment for the next day. He listened carefully to everything we wanted, answered our questions and made suggestions for our space. We received a quote later the same day with an option to install within a week. Since we are only here for the winter months, that was great news for us as we would have plenty of time to enjoy the space. We scheduled the appointment. I wish I had taken before and after photos because their work in my front and back yards was such a dramatic improvement! The work crew was on time and well equipped to blitz the yard and attended to every little detail from tree and palm trimming to palm and plant fertilizing, installing new plants and cactus, putting out a 3month guaranteed emergent and checking and double checking all of the irrigation systems. They cleaned up everything and hauled away all the debris, too! Totally satisfied with their work and professionalism and highly recommend them to you for your residential properties, too! Second time within 6 months AZ Tree and Landscape has done work for us. We had turf and pavers done both with front and backyard. They do a great job and we will continue to use them for future work. They even added steps outside the doggie door with turf inlaid in the middle of the pavers for my pooches. We didn't even ask for it or pay extra. Just small details they did on their own. We had used Juan & his crew a few years ago to remove a tree that was blown over after a monsoon storm. Back then they did such a wonderful job that I used them again today. Juan is now with this company & again, did an amazing job. Juan & Chris came out to give us an estimate & at that time explained everything step by step of what would happen & that’s exactly how it went. We had 2 very large & 1 smaller Sissoo trees removed & the stumps grinded down & poisoned. Juan & Chris, who I communicated with during the process were both very professional, knowledgeable, kind, went above & beyond what I ever expected. After trying a few different recommendations, I was having a hard time finding a company that would work with our specific scope and budget - we completed our landscape design separately and were hoping to do some items ourselves/ at a later time. AZ Tree and Hardscape was very accommodating and right away I could tell they were the best out of all the companies we called. They were very responsive with a quote. Their pricing was also very competitive and they fit us in the schedule right away (and were also honest and straightforward with some items that would need to take longer due to a backlog of work). I have used AZ Tree and Hardscape, a number of times. They are always on time and priced fairly for the work I have asked them to perform. The tree I had them trim over the past two years, I had them finally remove it, it was a Sissoo Tree and that tree is very destructive to the water pipes and sewer system. They remove it, ground the stump down and place tree root killer on the stump. They will be back to inspect it and make sure the roots are not coming back. Last week, one of the trees (Willow Acacia) in my front yard almost toppled over during a monsoon storm. I would highly recommend this company for your landscape needs! My yard was a complete disaster!!! I had Sissoo Shoots growing all over the place, my yard was uneven (a fish bowl), I had dirt and rock all over the place, a broken water systems, and a dead Ficus. I was advised to contact an Arborist regarding my mature Pepper tree. There is brown leaves and branches look like the tree is not healthy and dying. I was not sure if the tree just needed more water. Per my conversation, with AZ Tree & Hardscape I was asked to take pictures of the tree and they would review before coming out in person. We needed to have a tree removed. But we also needed the root ball fully removed so we could plant a new box tree in its place. These guys did an excellent job of removing the tree and the whole root system below ground. Other vendors we got quotes from would not remove the entire root ball. Rather they wanted to just grind the stump down 6". That would not work for our purposes. They always arrived on time at the agreed upon date for estimates and the work. We’ve lived here almost 20 years, and by far the AZ Tree and Hardscape Company did the best job ever on our landscaping. They removed 9 cactus and replanted 8 new ones along with rearranging some boulders. Additionally they trimmed 3 palms and removed all the dead debris. We hired AZ Tree and Hardscape to remove a dangerously leaning Jacaranda tree and the stump. The entire process was very simple with the end result exceptional. The crew arrived exactly on time and performed the tree removal in choreographed measure. One person climbed the tree, dropped a rope and pulled up the chainsaw. The tree removal began at the top and soon the job was complete. Somebody wheeled in the stump grinder and soon that was complete too! They were knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and informative. They left my yard looking better than it was before they came. I had 3 trees and a bush removed and 7 bushes planted. I also had my 20 year old drip irrigation system changed for new throughout the whole yard. They took me around and showed me that the new irrigation was working for each plant as well instructed me on how the system worked. The men were very hard workers and very friendly. I normally don’t write very many reviews but I was so impressed by the work I just had to. I also thought they were fairly priced. Update I had AZ come back and install pavers in my back yard as well as a drain to pull water away from my patio. They did an amazing job. It turned out better than I imagined. I have used AZ Tree and Hardscape, a number of times. They are always on time and priced fairly for the work I have asked them to perform. The tree I had them trim over the past two years, I had them finally remove it, it was a Sissoo Tree and that tree is very destructive to the water pipes and sewer system. They remove it, ground the stump down and place tree root killer on the stump. They will be back to inspect it and make sure the roots are not coming back. AZ Tree and Hardscape Co. has done three jobs for me so far, all to perfection! They replaced my old irrigation system and added water lines to my three citrus trees, which are surrounded by flagstone. They came with two plans, and they were able to tunnel under the flagstone, avoiding tearing up the flagstone. I was so delighted. They also tore up two sections of poorly laid flagstone by another landscaper that were trip hazards, and AZ Tree and Hardscape did an awesome job. They also laid 6 tons of stone in my front yard, as well as created a walkway from the front to the back yard using the old flagstone pieces from the tear up. My yard looks better than I ever imagined. AZ Tree and Hardscape crews are timely, professional, courteous, hard working, clean up after themselves, and do not leave the job until I say I am satisfied.
